Sandra Joy Shotwell, a five-year veteran of the Pima Police Department, passed from this life Thursday morning, September 12, 2019. Sergeant Shotwell was 53. A Celebration of Life for Pima Police Officer Sergeant Sandra Shotwell will be conducted Friday afternoon, September 20, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., at the New Life City Church in Safford by Dr. Phillip Tutor. Last call and honors will be rendered at the Pima Cemetery.
