Sam Williams

Samuel Harrison Williams, Jr., age 54, a resident of Morenci, entered into eternal rest Friday evening, November 15, 2019, at his residence. Samuel was born November 23, 1964, in Asheboro, NC, to Consuelo Calvillo and Manuel Arturo Calvillo. Sam was a graduate of Coronado High School in El Paso, Texas. He married his sweetheart, Elvira Lopez Williams, on February 14, 1989, who unites him in death. Sam worked for Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold, Inc., as an electrician. His passion was the great outdoors and spending time with his family. Sam is survived by: son, Samuel Harrison Williams III; son, Isaac Williams; son, Christopher Robin Williams; father, Manuel Arturo Calvillo and mother, Consuelo Calvillo; brother, Ector Manuel Calvillo; and brother, Adrian Marcos Calvillo. A visitation with family and friends for Sam will be conducted Friday, November 22, 2019, from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M., at Hillcrest Funeral Home-West, 5054 Doniphan Dr., El Paso, Texas 79932. A rosary will be prayed Friday, November 22, 2019, at 7:00 P.M., 5054 Doniphan Dr., El Paso, Texas 79932. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 23, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 400 W Sunset, El Paso, Texas 79922.
