Rosalee Layton West, a resident of Mesa and formerly of Thatcher, entered into eternal life Wednesday, November 28, 2018, following a brief illness. Rosalee was 87. Graveside services for Rosalee will be conducted Saturday afternoon, December 1, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., at the Thatcher Cemetery.
