Pedro M. Delgado

June 29, 1928 — December 10, 2022

Pedro M. Delgado, a life-long resident of Clifton, entered into eternal rest Saturday morning, December 10, 2022, in Verde Lee, with family members at his side. Pedro was born to Roberto Tarango and Conrado Delgado in Morenci Arizona. He was 94 years young.

In his passing, Pedro is reunited with the love of his life and wife of over 75 years, Enedina Delgado. Pedro and Enedina were both nicknamed as “Popo and Nana” by their eldest grandchild Sonja. These names have been affectionately used by family members and friends for over 50 years.

Pedro was a man of many talents and trades. He enjoyed staying active and working hard. Pedro spent countless hours on vehicle repairs and maintenance and working on home improvement projects that included carpentry, electrical, welding, and concrete masonry work. One of his favorite pastimes was creating hand crafted, one of a kind, jewelry pieces. His heart and soul can be seen and felt in his unique designs and craftmanship.

Pedro is preceded in death by his wife Enedina Delgado, his two brothers Roman Delgado and Greg Gonzales, his son Frankie Delgado, his great granddaughter Jayden Angel Delgado, and his great-great granddaughter Alaya Justine Sanchez.
Pedro is survived by daughters Londie Sandoval (Jerry), Berta Chavez, Diane Aguilar (Herb), Cindee Hemmerling (Fred), and son Petee Delgado; twenty-four grandchildren; fifty-nine great grandchildren; twelve great-great grandchildren with two more on the way, and his sister Josephine Villa.
