Johnny Dale Henderson

Johnny Dale Henderson, a resident of Pima, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, May 14, 2023, at his residence, with his beloved wife, Elecia, at his side. Johnny was 67.

Johnny was born October 2, 1955, in Farmington, New Mexico, to Willie J. and Jimmy Nell Parrot Henderson.

Johnny worked in the energy industry as a power plant control room operator. He was a very friendly man and never met a stranger. He lived life to help people when and however he could. He will be sorely missed.

Johnny was preceded in death by: his parents, Willie and Jimmy Henderson; and his brother, Larry.

He is survived by: his loving wife, Elecia; his children, Johnny Henderson, Jr., Crystal Henderson and Daniel Henderson; and his nine grandchildren.

A Celebration of Johnny's life was conducted prior to his passing on April 29, 2023. Johnny was able to enjoy his family and friends one final time as they came together to honor the great man he was.
