Curtis E. Megason

Curtis E. Megason, 96, passed away quietly at his home on March 8, 2019. Curtis was a decorated World War II veteran, retired locomotive mechanic for Phelps Dodge and member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Thatcher. He was preceded in death by: his wife Trudie, married 69 years; and son, Troy. Curtis is survived by: one brother, Kenneth; two sisters, Avis and Louise; and daughter, Donna. He has six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Family and friends will celebrate Curtis's life at a private gathering. God speed and happy travels Curtis.
