Bob Blacker, a man of compassion, strength, kindness and a great love for our Lord Jesus Christ. He touched my life as he has so many and I loved to hear him speak. He was such a positive ray of sunshine as was Doris. Together they were an awesome couple and loved by many. He made everyone he knew feel special and loved. Bob was the example of what Jesus is about. LOVE! It was a blessing to have known him and he will be greatly missed. My condolences to Peggy and to Bob's children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is among the angels, smiling down on us. Love you Bob Blacker, a very special treasure in many people's life. Rest in peace. Brenda Ruedas

He was an amazing person that made the lives of everyone brighter. I have memories as far back as Shepard of the Hills, he was never without a smile and some words of wisdom for anyone who needed it. I am so sorry for his passing, but God had to bring one of his best people home. Rest in peace Pastor Bob. You brought light into this world!
