Margarita Ramos

Margarita Ramos passed away, with her husband and children at her side, on September 23, 2018, at her home in Solomon, at the age of 58. Margarita was born on February 8, 1960, in Soyatlán del Oro, Jalisco, Mexico. She met her husband of 41 years, Nemecio Ramos, in school. Margarita was very active in her church, helping in whatever they needed. Whether it was cooking, cleaning or taking communion to the sick. She loved to sing and would sing everywhere at church, while cooking or cleaning. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her eyes. Everything she did, she did for them. Margarita was diagnosed in September of 2017 with Stage IV cancer. She fought it with all her strength. Margarita is survived by: her husband of 41 years, Nemecio Ramos; their children, Juan Pablo Ramos, Lourdes Lopez, Nemecio Joel Ramos, Alejandro Ramos, Omar Cain Ramos, Noemi Esmeralda Ramos and Blanca Estela Ramos; her grandchildren, Destiny Ollick, Luis Lopez, Daniel Ollick, Jennifer Lopez, Meya Lopez, Daisy Ramos, Isaac Ramos, Alexis Ramos and Oscar Ramos. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Maria and Salvador Guerra; and her granddaughter, Suvianna. A Mass of Christian Burial for Margarita was celebrated Friday, September 28, 2018, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church by Rev. Nicodemus Shaghel. Margarita will now travel home to Soyatlán del Oro, Jalisco, Mexico. Committal will be conducted in the Panteon "Soyatlán" Cemetery. A rosary was prayed for Margarita Thursday evening, September 27, 2018, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church by Deacon Carl Vessels.

RIP Tia Margarita, thank you for always being there for my dad.. listening to his problems and giving him advice. You always called him on his birthday, holidays or just to talk to him. You had no idea how much that meant to him. Even until your last days you called him. You were a strong and brave women till the end. Thank you for being the best sister to my dad.
